This international topic is certainly have a unique attraction, because each country has its own problems in the world of human resources development. The discussion on the differences in economic, social, racial and gender levels is still becoming a domestic issue that has a global similarity. “It can be said that the International Webinar this time will be knitting similarities in the cross-cultural problematics development of human resources which is happening globally,” explained Rizki Priyoko, Chairman of the HR 24/7 Program.
To understand clearly about the intercultural issues in the world HR (Human Resource), Diponegoro University Vocational School invites great speakers in the field of science and coming from various continents. Each speaker will share different perspectives, insights and muscle knowledge. The webinar will be held for two days, starting from 7 – 8 August 2020, and will be opened directly by the rector of Diponegoro University Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum. While the second day will be opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Budiyono, M.Si. As dean of Diponegoro University’s vocational school. The event features speakers from Tanzania, Australia, the United Kingdom, Madagascar, Croatia, Uganda and of course the host country Indonesia. It will be guided by James Kalimanzila and Girinda Putri Ardana, S. Pd., M.Sc. as the moderators.
“This event will open a global insight into the working world for graduates of the vocational school so that the cross-cultural issues that occur in the future can be examined wisely, I invite all layers from practitioners, academics, and students to follow this activity,” explained Prof. Budi, as the dean of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University.
