Nabila Distiara Rilistyawati (Undip Graduate): Increase Knowledge and Experience from Outside the Campus

“While studying at Diponegoro University, I did not only focus on academic or lecture activities, but I also joined the AMSA (Asian Medical Students’ Association), an organization of medical students engaged in social, medical, educational and humanitarian fields. Apart from that, I also participated in several committees at the Faculty of Medicine, such as the committee for new student admissions, the Harmoni KU committee, which is an annual art performance event held by medical students, and others,” said Nabila Distiara Rilistyawati, a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University who was inaugurated at the 169th Undip Graduation Ceremony.

“I got a lot of experience starting from studying in hospitals, health centers, and clinics where I got various knowledge about how to treat various kinds of patients with different diseases. I have also been given the opportunity to participate in surgery using very sophisticated and up-to-date medical equipment,” she continued.

She said she was very proud to study at the Faculty of Medicine of Diponegoro University. Undip has great and professional doctors and lecturers that keep students motivated and eager to learn.

“By participating in organization, there will be a lot of knowledge and experience that can be obtained outside of college such as increasing relationships, how to deal with a problem in certain situations, learning to socialize with other people, and time management. What we need to remember is that the main goal of college is to graduate on time,” concluded a graduate with a GPA of 3.83. (Lin-Nuril / Public Relations)
