In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of Industrial Engineering at Diponegoro University (Undip), the Industrial Engineering Master Study Program and Department of Industrial Engineering Management, Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (FT Undip) held the 31st Webinar Series online via the Zoom meeting platform on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 15.00 WIB.
The webinar with the theme Research Edge in Industrial Engineering and Management was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Undip, Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, Head of the Industrial Engineering and Industrial Engineering Management Masters Study Program, and participants in the 31st webinar series. This activity also invited speakers, namely Dr. sc. hum. Chatila Maharani, S.T., M.Kes., a lecturer at the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Sports Science, Semarang State University and Anita Nofiana, S.T., M.Sc. from the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Central Java Province.
Starting his speech, the Dean of FT Undip Prof. Ir. Mochamad Agung Wibowo, M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D. expressed his support for the continuation of this webinar until it was completed on the 31st. “Incredibly, Mr. Arfan Bakhtiar as Head of the Industrial Engineering and Management Masters Study Program, who has diligently and consistently been able to continue to be diligent in holding the 31st webinar series,” said Prof. Agung.
The 31st webinar series is also part of a series of events to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Industrial Engineering Undip. “Thank you for the initiative to celebrate the 25th Anniversary with a webinar. This is an extraordinary thing because you will meet extraordinary sources. We congratulate Industrial Engineering for the achievements that have been achieved. Happy 25th Anniversary for Industrial Engineering,” said Prof. Agung.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, Dr. Ir. Ratna Purwaningsih, S.T., M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng. explained that February 23 was the 25th Anniversary of the Industrial Engineering Department Undip. “The Industrial Engineering Department was established in 1998 and this webinar series is a series of the Anniversary event. The series of events will last for 3 (three) days until Saturday which will be closed with a music stage,” he explained.
The webinar moderated by Nia Budi Puspitasari, S.T., M.T. was followed by presentation of material by 2 (two) speakers, namely Dr. sc. hum. Chatila Maharani, S.T., M.Kes. who delivered material entitled “A Tool for Measuring Job Satisfaction of Primary Health Care Physicians after Health System Reform in Indonesia: A Scoping Review”. Then it was continued with a material presentation entitled “Detection of IMKM Success Factors through Subjective and Objective Variable Approaches” by Anita Nofiana, S.T., M.Sc.
