UNDIP Community Service Team Assisted MSMEs and PKK Women in Utilizing Digital Business (E-Commerce)

The people of Klewor Village, Kemusu District, Boyolali Regency have the potential to develop MSMEs, including the food processing industry, crafts, furniture, and so on. Unfortunately, many MSMEs need to learn how to optimize and utilize digital platforms (e-commerce) as a sales medium. For this reason, Undip Community Service (KKN) students are socializing the use of digital platforms through e-commerce and providing training for MSMEs and housewives in Klewor Village to market their products via online business.

This socialization and training activity was carried out at the Kemusu District Village Hall on July 14, 2023, by Aizzatin Nada, an Undip KKN student from the Business Administration study program. MSME actors and PKK women from Klewor Village attended the event.

The training provided includes how to open an online shop, upload products, arrange online shop display decoration, implement the free shipping feature, COD, flash sales, and set discounts and discount vouchers to attract buyers.

With the socialization and training program on digital business implementation for MSMEs and housewives in Klewor Village, it is hoped that it can help the community utilize e-commerce to increase their income.
