Rector Inaugurated 190 UNDIP Non-ASN Permanent Employee Candidates

Diponegoro University (Undip) held an event for the Handover of the Rector’s Decree (SK) regarding the Appointment of Diponegoro University Non-State Civil Apparatus (Non-ASN) Permanent Employee Candidates for the period October 2023. The event was held on Thursday (19/10) at the Prof. Soedarto, S.H. Building, Undip Tembalang campus. This event was attended by the Undip Rector, Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees, Vice Rectors, Dean of Faculties/Schools, and all officials within Undip, as well as Candidates for Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees for the period October 2023.

Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. accompanied by Vice Rector II for Resources Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. symbolically handing over the Rector’s Decree regarding the Appointment of Candidates for Diponegoro University Non-ASN Permanent Employees for the October 2023 Period to representatives of Diponegoro University Non-ASN Permanent Employees Candidates for the October 2023 period.

Starting his speech, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. congratulates the 190 Non-ASN Undip Permanent Employee Candidates who have received the Rector’s Decree. “Congratulations to all of you who have become Non-ASN Undip Permanent Employee Candidates. Hopefully, the receipt of this Rector’s Decree will be a blessing for you,” said Prof. Yos.

A total of 190 Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employee Candidates who received the Rector’s Decree were employees from the Human Resources Development Agency (1), Planning and Development Agency (2), Academic and Student Affairs Bureau (2), Innovation and Cooperation Bureau (1), Bureau Communication and Business (4), General and Financial Bureau (22), and BPUBIKAR (1).

Furthermore, from the Faculty of Economics and Business (6), Faculty of Law (9), Faculty of Humanities (2), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (8), Faculty of Medicine (16), Faculty of Public Health (7), Faculty of Fisheries and Science Maritime Affairs (5), Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (10), Faculty of Psychology (2), Faculty of Science and Mathematics (7), and Faculty of Engineering (12).

Then from the Special Purpose Forest Area Office (2), Archives Office (1), University Secretariat and Protocol Office (1), Research and Community Service Institute (1), Study Program Management Institution Outside the Main Campus (11), Institute Development and Quality Assurance of Education (1), Diponegoro National Hospital (42), Internal Supervisory Unit (2), Postgraduate School (1), Vocational School (8), Integrated Laboratory UPT (2), and UPT Library and Undip Press ( 1).

Prof. Yos invited all prospective Diponegoro University non-ASN permanent employees for the October 2023 period to be grateful after going through a long struggle until they finally managed to pass and receive the Rector’s Decree. “Be grateful that you have succeeded in reaching this stage after going through a long struggle. Make this gratitude a reality with your devotion to Undip. Let’s work properly and be serious in serving students,” he said.

“Undip can be known and trusted by the community, which is one of the reasons for your service to students. Maintain this trust by serving the best you can and don’t make it difficult for students to find information. Show that Undip has a spirit of compassion,” concluded Prof. Yos.
