Ladunia Adzka Indriyanti, an Industrial Engineering graduate from the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (Undip), graduated cum laude with a GPA of 3.92 at the Undip’s 173rd Graduation Ceremony. Her achievements are beyond doubt. She often took part in competitions such as essays and business plans. Until he succeeded in winning 1st place in the I-SAT IX National Essay Competition at the student level in 2020 and 2nd place in the Undip Industrial Engineering Industrial Business Plan Competition in 2022.
For Ladunia, excelling in the academic field is an obligation and responsibility as a student. However, it should be balanced with non-academic activities such as joining organizations. Education and organization are equally important things, complementing each other with different functions.
“With education, the younger generation can deepen their knowledge, improve hard skills, build character and open up better career opportunities. Meanwhile, the organization provides opportunities for the younger generation to develop soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, public speaking, problem-solving, and building relationships. Joining an organization helping the younger generation to hone and explore their potential as much as possible,” he said.
While studying, she joined the Undip Industrial Engineering Student Association (HMTI) organization in the field of education and science. She was also experienced as an assistant in the Undip Industrial Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship Studio Laboratory. She was active as a committee at several events held by Industrial Engineering, as well as carrying out independent internships, certification, and training. (DHW-Public Relations)
