Semarang (January 30) – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has once again recorded an extraordinary achievement that makes us proud. In the Best Universities for Nutrition and Food Science category by Edurank, UNDIP has successfully ranked 2nd in Indonesia, 41st in Asia, and 160th in the world. This achievement is clear evidence of the dedication of the entire UNDIP academic community to promoting quality education, relevant research, and fundamental contributions to society.
The Dean of the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences UNDIP, Prof. Sugiharto, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., emphasized that this achievement is a motivation to continue to move further. “This is not just about ranking but about our responsibility to be even better. This achievement should motivate all of us to work smarter, more innovative, and more collaboratively so that UNDIP can continue to be an inspiration at the national and international levels. Let us make this momentum to go beyond existing limitations.”
Head of the Food Technology Study Program and Head of the Department of Agricultural Science, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences UNDIP, Ahmad Ni’matullah Al-Baarri, S.Pt., M.P., Ph.D., added, “This success would not have been achieved without the hard work and synergy of all parties, from students, lecturers, to our partners in the industry. However, we must not stop here. The challenges ahead are increasingly complex, and we must be smarter in finding solutions and innovations to present globally competitive food technology. UNDIP not only wants to be known for its achievements but also its real contributions to the world.”
