UNDIP, Bojonegoro (May 2, 2025) – A proud achievement has emerged from the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (FPP) at Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP). Moch. Faishal Ramadhan Setiawan, a student of FPP UNDIP, won first place in the Adult Class C Match (55–60 kg) at the 2025 Bojonegoro Pencak Silat National Championship 4, held at the Bojonegoro Main Sports Hall, Jawa Timur.
The championship was officially endorsed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI), and the Bojonegoro Youth and Sports Office.
Dean of UNDIP’s Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Prof. Sugiharto, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed his pride in Faishal’s accomplishment. “We are extremely proud of Faishal. This victory not only brings honor to the faculty and university but also demonstrates the fighting spirit, discipline, and strong character of our students. We hope this achievement inspires others to pursue excellence in all areas,” he said.
Head of the Agribusiness Undergraduate Program at FPP UNDIP, Ir. Kustopo, MP, also praised the achievement. “Faishal has proven that students at the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences excel not only in academics and agriculture but also in national-level sports. This achievement is a great example for other students to continue developing their full potential,” Kustopo stated.
