Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA) is once again realizing its commitment in the field of education by providing scholarships to 50 pontential Undip students on Friday (20/9) at the BCA Pemuda Regional Office, Semarang. The event were attended by Undip’s Vice Director for Career, Reasoning, and Student Welfare Dr. Eng. Agus Setyawan, S.Sc., M.Sc along with a range of student officials, Vice President of CSR BCA, and as many as 50 students receiving BCA Bakti scholarships.
The scholarship was symbolically given by BCA Representative Officer Rosalia Sutedjo accompanied with Undip’s Vice Director of Career, Reasoning and Student Welfare Dr. Eng. Agus Setyawan to one of Undip’s student scholarship recipients.
Agus Setyawan stated that Undip really appreciated the scholarship for its students because in essence, the provided scholarships are not only lightening up the burden on students but also acted as a whip for them to be able to participate more in the academic field.
On the other occasion, Rosalia Sutedjo stated that the scholarship received by each student from PT BCA Tbk is worth Rp. 10 million per year, or Rp. 5 million per semester.
“Through this scholarship, we want to help students who excels their studies to be able to complete their studies well,” said Rosa.
