Rector

The Rector is responsible for leading the administration and overall management of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) for the 2024–2029 term of office.

Vice Rectors

Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs

Responsible for assisting the Rector in leading and overseeing activities related to promotion and admission, education and learning, education quality assurance, study program and institutional accreditation, academic community development, student affairs and career development, alumni relations, educational partnerships, and other duties assigned by the Rector.

Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, Assets, Business, and General Administration

Responsible for assisting the Rector in leading activities related to institutional planning, finance, asset and logistics management, business development, administrative affairs, general administration, and other duties assigned by the Rector.

Vice Rector for Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal Affairs, and Organization

Responsible for assisting the Rector in leading activities related to human resources, information technology, legal affairs, organizational development, and other duties assigned by the Rector.

Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Cooperation, and Public Communication

Responsible for assisting the Rector in leading activities related to research, community engagement, innovation, partnerships, public communication, reputation enhancement, strategic partnerships, global connectivity, and other duties assigned by the Rector.
