Rector Inaugurates Non-ASN Officials and Permanent Employees within UNDIP

The Rector of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., officially inaugurated officials and appointed Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Universitas Diponegoro on Friday, October 4, 2024. The inauguration and appointment ceremony took place at the SA-MWA Building, UNDIP Tembalang Campus, at 13:30 WIB. The event was attended by the Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties and Schools, Bureau Heads, guests, and the newly appointed officials and non-civil servant permanent employees to be inaugurated.

This inauguration was based on the Rector’s Decree of Diponegoro University Number 6/UN7.A/KP/X/2024 to Number 16/UN7.A/KP/X/2024 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Heads of Study Programs, Secretaries of Study Programs, and Heads of Departments within Diponegoro University, and the Rector’s Decree of Diponegoro University Number 26/UN7.A2/KP/IX/2024 to 61/UN7.A2/KP/IX/2024 concerning the Appointment of Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Diponegoro University.

At this event, the Rector inaugurated the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs in the Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Humanities, as well as the Heads of Departments in the Faculty of Public Health. Additionally, the Rector inaugurated 36 non-civil servant permanent employees of UNDIP.

The oath of office was administered by the Rector of UNDIP, accompanied by a religious clergy in accordance with the respective faiths of the newly appointed officials and permanent employees. The oath-taking was followed by the signing of the Minutes of the Oath of Office and the Oath for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees by the UNDIP Rector, accompanied by Dr. Warsito Kawedar, SE., M.Si., Ak. and Prof. Dr. Adian Fatchur Rochim, S.T., M.T. as witnesses.

In his speech, Prof. Suharnomo congratulated all the newly inaugurated officials and permanent employees. The Rector advised all the newly appointed officials to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to them to the best of their abilities. “To the officials receiving additional duties, carry out the mandate entrusted to you with utmost dedication. Start thinking about the legacy or benefits you can leave behind during your term so that there are new benefits from the current leadership compared to the previous one,” said the Rector.

“Do not expect extraordinary results from mediocre efforts. Don’t be shy about continuing to learn, and always put in maximum effort,” added Prof. Suharnomo.

The UNDIP Rector also welcomed the newly inaugurated Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees. He expressed his confidence that these employees are qualified to contribute their best to their respective units. The Rector also hopes that the Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees can work optimally and deliver their best performance. (Hng-Public Relations)
