Innovative Themes in UNDIP’s PKM Proposals

These proposals, developed by interdisciplinary teams, demonstrate the collaborative spirit of UNDIP students in crafting innovative and socially impactful projects. The funded proposals highlight a strong focus on environmentally friendly technologies, community-based approaches, and the use of local resources to address health, environmental, and social challenges.

UNDIP students not only demonstrated boldness in exploring advanced technologies, such as innovative materials and nanocomposites, but also showed sensitivity to local issues, including coastal erosion, food waste, and the empowerment of people with disabilities. These themes reflect a generation of critical thinkers focused on real-world impact and sustainability.

The PKM program runs from July 7 to November 3, 2025, with students executing their projects under the guidance of expert faculty mentors. The program culminates in the prestigious 38th PIMNAS (National Student Science Week), which will be held at Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar, from November 23 to 28, 2025, where the final winners and medalists will be announced.

This accomplishment serves as solid proof of UNDIP’s academic community’s collaborative and innovative spirit in student development. It marks the beginning of greater achievements on national and international stages, underscoring UNDIP’s commitment to nurturing impactful student work, fully aligned with the spirit of “Noble and Valuable UNDIP” and the national vision of “Diktisaintek Berdampak.” (Public Communication / UNDIP Division I/ Basid/ Ed.
