The program focuses not only on academic aspects but also on mental readiness, competencies, and career strategies for graduates.

The series of activities began with a career talk show featuring inspiring speakers from diverse professional backgrounds. The speakers included Raihan Fudloli, S.H., an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, UNDIP (Class of 2022), who currently serves as an Expert Staff member to the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), and Suheriyanto, S.T., Learning Operation Manager for Digitalization at PT Coca-Cola. Each station was designed to address students’ personal development needs, ranging from improving communication skills and personal branding to self-potential awareness and strengthening career resilience.

Participants were evenly distributed across the four stations, with a maximum of 60 students per station. Each session was facilitated by four coaches from different faculties and one psychologist, ensuring a comprehensive, professional, and participant-centered mentoring process.
