The Rector’s Decree regarding the Appointment of Prospective Non-ASN Permanent Employees of Diponegoro University was officially granted to 78 education staff and 59 educators (lecturers) of Diponegoro University, on Wednesday (30/3).

Representing the Undip Rector, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. who serves as Vice Rector II, conveyed guidance to 137 Undip Prospective Non-ASN Permanent Employees from all work units within Undip.

“Undip has a mission to pay attention to the welfare of employees, it would be wise to support this mission by increasing our performance. If the quality of performance is good, it is automatically ensured that Undip will continue to advance,” he said.

“Let’s try to always improve our integrity, both by word and deed, since strengthening work performance is part of integrity. Undip’s progress depends on all of us, don’t underestimate the small role we have played. An Undip employee has their respective contributions in their respective fields. On the other hand, you have to be good at carrying out your role, especially in the current era of social media openness. We must be wise in sharing thoughts in social media. If we do something bad it can cause impact on the good name of Undip,” said Prof. Heru. (Lin – Public Relations)
