Registration for the Computer-Based Writing Examination – National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK-SNBT) will close on Friday (14/4/2023).
The 2023 UTBK-SNBT can be attended by students graduating in 2021, 2022, and 2023 from secondary education (SMA/MA/SMK and equivalent), as well as graduates of Package C in 2021, 2022, and 2023 with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2023). Participation in UTBK is the main requirement for participating in the Test-Based National Selection at Academic State Universities, Vocational State Universities, and Islamic Religious State Universities (PTKIN).
The objectives of the UTBK-SNBT include predicting prospective students who are able to complete their studies at tertiary institutions properly and on time, providing opportunities for prospective students to take tests flexibly, namely choosing the location and time of the test, providing opportunities for prospective students to choose Academic State Universities, Vocational State Universities, and Islamic Religious State Universities (PTKIN) across regions, and select prospective students based on UTBK results and/or other criteria determined with Academic State Universities, Vocational State Universities, and Islamic Religious State Universities (PTKIN).
While the general provisions are that SNBT participants are only allowed to take part in UTBK once, UTBK results are only for the 2023 SNBT registration, the 2023 SNBT is carried out based on UTBK results and can be supplemented with other criteria in accordance with the provisions of the related Academic State Universities, Vocational State Universities, and Islamic Religious State Universities (PTKIN).
Participant requirements include:
- Have a SNPMB Account
- Indonesian citizens (WNI) who have a National Identity Number (NIK)
- SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent students, prospective graduates in 2023 must have a Class 12 SMA/MA/SMK Student Certificate or Package C Student Certificate in 2023 with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2023)
Notes:
Class 12 Student Certificate accompanied by:
- Recent photo (color)
- school stamp
- Principal’s signature
- Students graduating from SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent in 2021 and 2022 or graduating from Package C in 2021 and 2022 must have a diploma with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2023). For high school graduates of the equivalent from abroad, they must have an equivalent diploma
- Did not pass the SNBP 2023 or SNMPTN path in 2021 or 2022
- Have adequate health so as not to interfere with the study process
- For participants who choose the Arts and Sports study program, they must upload a portfolio
- Blind participants must upload a Blind Statement Letter
- The results of the UTBK 2023 are only valid for taking part in the SNBT and accepting PTN 2023

- The exams at the UTBK 355 Center at Diponegoro University are located in 2 places, namely the Tembalang Campus and the Pleburan Campus. (Make sure which campus is your test location)
- Exam participants at the Diponegoro University UTBK Center can see the test location via the Diponegoro University UTBK Center website at the link https://utbk.undip.ac.id/lokasi-utbk/. With the help of Google Map, please check the location on the Google Map.
- Exam participants at the Diponegoro University UTBK Center with unhealthy conditions (Flu/Cough) are advised to wear a mask.
