Diponegoro University and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk collaborated in the context of education, research and community service in the banking sector, Thursday (1/12) at the Mandiri University Ballroom, Semarang.
The purpose of holding this Memorandum of Understanding is to optimize the utilization of the resources owned by both Undip and Bank Mandiri in relation to providing education, research and community service in the banking sector, while taking into account the regulations, policies and procedures that apply to both parties. The scope of this Memorandum of Understanding covers the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the provision of banking services within Undip which includes Education, Research and Community Service; Receipt of payment for Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI); Management of salary payroll and Compulsory Performance Incentives for Undip employees; Mandiri Virtual Account; and other banking products and services.
In his remarks, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. hoped that this cooperation will become a noble task to realize the welfare of the community.
“It is very important to establish synergy in relation to education, research, and community service in the banking sector. Hopefully the collaboration that has been established will provide many benefits for all of us,” said Prof. Yos.
Nila Mayta Dwi Rihandjani, Senior Vice President of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. said that Bank Mandiri has a subsidiary that coordinates CSR and Life Insurance programs for Undip employees, and there are 2 new programs in the form of applications, namely Kopra (banking applications, already have 77,000 users) and Livin (Individual application program).
