Starting Monday (8/5/2023), the UTBK-SNBT (Computer-Based Writing Examination – Test-Based National Selection) is held simultaneously at all central UTBK state universities throughout Indonesia. The implementation of the UTBK-SNBT 2023 will be held in 2 phases. The first phase starts May 8-14, 2023, followed by the second stage on May 22-25, 2023. In one day it is divided into 2 sessions, namely the morning session starting at 06.45-10.30 WIB and the afternoon starting at 12.30-16.15 WIB. Undip provides 59 test rooms located on the Undip Tembalang campus and Undip Pleburan campus.
Dr. Paramita Prananingtyas, SH., LLM as the Executive Coordinator UTBK UNDIP said that the total number of participants who took part in the UTBK-SNBT 2023 at the UTBK UNDIP Center was 25,522 participants. Like the implementation of the first day of UTBK, the implementation of the second day of UTBK also ran in an orderly and smooth manner. “On the second day the implementation of UTBK at Undip went in an orderly, smooth and safe manner. A total of 1,163 participants or 94.94% of the total of UTBK participants attended session 3 (morning) and 1,183 participants or 96.57% of them attended session 4 (afternoon),” explained Mrs. Mita in her statement on Tuesday (9/5/2023). It was further conveyed that the participants did not have many problems finding the exam location because they had obtained information on the UTBK Center Web at the link: https://utbk.undip.ac.id/lokasi-utbk/.
“To provide comfort and a sense of security to UTBK participants, Diponegoro University has made preparations, including the completeness of the facilities and space used,” she added. Furthermore, as the Executive Coordinator, she explained the preparations that had been made to carry out the UTBK-SNBT 2023, includes preparing 1,225 computers which were divided on the Undip Pleburan campus and the Undip Tembalang campus. In using computers, Diponegoro University does not cooperate with third parties. All rooms used for UTBK are comfortable with air-conditioner and accessible for participants with disabilities. Access to the room is also very easy considering Diponegoro University also facilitates UTBK information at Undip via https://utbk.undip.ac.id/. Undip also provides a comfortable place for participants to transit or wait for the test schedule. Before entering, the participants are also required to go through metal detector security, according to the security procedures set by the Central Committee. Everything related to the smooth running of the test process has been carefully prepared, including workshops for supervisors and security officers, as well as coordination meetings which are held regularly by the UNDIP UTBK Committee.
