Information on Campus Activity Introduction for New Students (PKKMB) for Prospective New Undergraduate and Vocational Students for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

We hereby inform all new students of Diponegoro University for the 2024/2025 Academic Year:

  1. Lectures for the odd semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year will be conducted in accordance with the Rector’s Circular Letter Number 6 of 2024 concerning the Teaching Methods for Diponegoro University Students in the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
  2. The series of Campus Introduction Activities (PKKMB) that must be attended by new students in the Undergraduate and Applied Bachelor Programs are as follows

3. New Student Admission Ceremony Guidelines

Attire:
  1. Men: White shirt with short or long sleeves, without a tie; black trousers, not jeans.
  2. Women: White shirt with short or long sleeves, without a tie; black skirt, either knee-length or longer, not jeans.

For those wearing a hijab, the headscarf should be white.

Attendance:
  1. Bring the invitation, which can be printed independently from the SSO page in each student’s SIAP menu (instructions for downloading the invitation are in Attachment 2).
  2. Mandatory participation in the rehearsal and PMB ceremony until completion.
  3. Refreshments will be provided for new students.
  4. Students are not allowed to bring vehicles to Muladi Dome.
  5. Student drop-off is arranged, with parking available at the UNDIP Stadium, UNDIP Reservoir, and Rusunawa parking lots.
