The training was held for 5 days (July 18-22, 2022) in an effort to increase the capacity of CPTU Non-ASN for the appointment period of August 2021 & October 2021 at the Prof. Soedarto Building, Tembalang Semarang.

Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Yohan Utama, S.H, M.Hum., officially opened the training event and gave his speech in front of 275 participants (Monday, 18/7). He congratulated the participants and said, “Make this as a blessing and happiness for your family. You are the representative here”.

In his remarks, Vice Chancellor of Resources, Prof. Dr. rer. Nat. Heru Susanto, S.T, M.M, M.T., said that in the field of resources in carrying out the Rector’s policies, one of the main programs is to change the status of contract employees to PU Non-ASN. The Rector conveyed that the requirement included as long as the employees were willing to renew the contract and fulfill the requirements. First, the SKP is good, secondly there is a test which, if you pay attention to it, the material will be the same from year to year in the selection. “We have to appreciate the Rector’s policy by contributing to the development of Undip. Don’t be proud that Undip is big, but Undip is big because of our contribution,” he added.

“The momentum of Undip changing our status to Non-ASN permanent employees implying the message for us to be better. The current status is good and we have to grow better. If it is still not good then it must be even better. The challenge for us as Undip employees is when we are asked what our contribution to Undip is, we can provide an answer describing our contribution. It does not have to be something very big but any small contribution is useful. The point is what we have given to Undip.” he concluded.

In the report from the Head of BPSDM, Prof. Ir. Mochamad Arief Budiharjo, S.T. M.eng.Sc, Env. Eng, Ph.D, IPM had mentioned “The determination of topics and materials for the Training and Basic Education and  of Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees Candidates Batch II is adjusted to the curriculum of the Training and Basic Education of Civil Servants at the Ministry level. Furthermore, in every activity, which is mostly indoors and carried out for 5 (five) days, there are sports activities organized by the committee in the form of a light warm-up. Each session contains a little stretching to avoid boredom and anticipate injuries due to sitting too long,” he added.
