Semarang-Central Java (3/10). Diponegoro University (Undip) held an event for Handover of the Rector’s Decree (SK) regarding the Appointment of Prospective Non-ASN Permanent Employees at Diponegoro University for the October 2022 period, on Monday (3/10) at the Prof. Soedarto, SH Building, Undip Tembalang campus. This event was attended by the Undip Rector, Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees, Chair of the Academic Senate, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, all officials at Undip, as well as the prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees for the October 2022 period.
The Undip Rector, accompanied by the Vice Rector II for Resources, symbolically handed over the Rector’s Decree regarding the Appointment of Prospective Non-ASN Permanent Employees at Diponegoro University for the October 2022 period to the representatives of prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees.
There are 241 Prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees who received the Rector’s Decree, including employees from the Faculty of Economics and Business (17), Faculty of Law (18), Faculty of Humanities (8), Faculty of Social Science and Political Science (21), Faculty of Medicine (25), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (8), Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (8), Faculty of Psychology (6), and Faculty of Science and Mathematics (11).
Furthermore, the prospective employees are from the Faculty of Engineering (25), Vocational School (7), BP UBIKAR (3), Communication and Business Bureau (1), General and Finance Bureau (23), Faculty of Public Health (6), LPPM (1), LPPSDKU (3), LP2MP (2), Diponegoro National Hospital (36), Internal Supervisory Unit (1), Postgraduate School (3), UPT Integrated Laboratory (2), UPT Library and Undip Press (4), and UPT K3L (2).
Starting his speech, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum. congratulated all the Prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees who have received the Rector’s Decree. He said that the appointment of Undip Non ASN Permanent Employees is an effort and synergy of the Vice Rectors, the Deans, and Undip officials which aims to improve the welfare of employees. “Congratulations on the appointment of the Prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees, we will gradually change the status of employees from contract employees to permanent employees, of course with a proper assessment process.” said Prof. Yos.
Prof. Yos invited all prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees to continue to improve their performance and services to students so that they can advance Undip and maintain Undip’s good name. In addition, Prof. Yos also urged all prospective Undip Non-ASN Permanent Employees to save money by making energy efficiency efforts in the Undip campus environment.
“For all Undip employees, improve performance in your respective units. Work hard together and provide the best service for students, so we can maintain and advance Undip. Show our gratitude by working hard and doing energy efficiency. Work through this process as a blessing for your family.” said Prof. Yos.
