Diponegoro University (Undip) held an Official Inauguration Ceremony and Oath-Taking of Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Diponegoro University on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 13:00 WIB, at the Prof. Soedarto S.H. Building, Undip Tembalang Campus. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Academic Senate, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Vice-Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, Bureau Heads, guests, Undip officials, and Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip who were to be inaugurated.
This inauguration was based on the Rector’s Decree (SK) of Diponegoro University Number: 12.UN7.A/KP/II/2024 to Number: 13/UN7.A/KP/II/2024 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the Head of the Planning and Development Agency (BPP), Chairperson and Secretary of the Management Institution for Study Programs Outside the Main Campus (PSDKU) of Diponegoro University for the 2024-2029 Term of Office, and the Rector’s Decree (SK) of Diponegoro University Number: 89 to 299/UN7.A2/KP/I/2024 and Number: 302 to 353/UN7.A/KP/I/2024 concerning the Appointment of Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Diponegoro University.
The Undip Rector inaugurated three officials who would occupy several positions, including Prof. Dr. Ir. Purwanto, DEA, who was re-appointed as the Head of the Planning and Development Agency (BPP); Prof. Dr. Ir. Bambang Waluyo Hadi Eko Prasetiyono, M.S. M.Agr., IPU. as the Chairperson of the Management Institution for PSDKU; and Dr. Eng. Munadi, S.T., M.T. who was re-appointed as the Secretary of the Management Institution for PSDKU. Additionally, the Rector inaugurated 263 Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip in various units within Diponegoro University.
The oath-taking ceremony was conducted by the Undip Rector, accompanied by religious leaders according to the beliefs of each official. Subsequently, the Signing of the Oath Ceremony Minutes and the Oath of Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip was done by the Undip Rector together with Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. and Prof. Dr. Yusriyadi, S.H., M.S. as witnesses.
In his speech, Undip Rector Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. congratulated the officials and the newly inaugurated Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip. Prof. Yos reminded the new officials that many significant tasks are awaiting them in the future.
The Undip Rector also advised the newly inaugurated Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip to continue improving their service performance and encouraged everyone to strive for self-improvement. “First, integrity, our crown is service. Conduct service to make others happy, enhancing self-quality and the spirit of service. These are the three things I urge you to uphold,” Prof. Yos emphasized. (Hng-Public Relations)
