Rector Inaugurates New Officials within UNDIP

The Rector of Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum., officially inaugurated officials within the UNDIP community at the Inauguration Ceremony and Oath-Taking of Officials on Monday (22/04) at 09.00 AM, held at the SA-MWA Hall, UNDIP Tembalang Campus.

The event was attended by the Chair of the Academic Senate, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, guests, and the inaugurated UNDIP officials.

The inauguration was based on the Rector’s Decree of Diponegoro University Number: 151/UN7.A/KP/IV/2024 to Number: 154/UN7.A/KP/IV/2024 concerning the Termination and Appointment of Heads and Deputy Heads of the Office of International Affairs, Head of the Office of the University Secretariat and Protocol, Department Managers, and Subdepartment Supervisors within Diponegoro University.

In this inauguration, a total of 29 UNDIP officials were inaugurated into various positions within several units.

The UNDIP Rector conducted the oath-taking, accompanied by clergy members according to each official’s beliefs. Subsequently, the UNDIP Rector signed the Oath of Office and Integrity Pact, accompanied by Drs. Mulyo Padmono and Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T., as witnesses.

In his address, the UNDIP Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum., expressed profound gratitude to the officials who had served UNDIP with utmost dedication and commitment and acknowledged their significant contributions to the university.

“All positions have their limits and eventually come to an end; therefore, uphold the trust given with utmost integrity. Furthermore, appreciate the entrusted positions by earnestly fulfilling your duties. Immediately undergo orientation and diligently learn your tasks well because, in order to uphold the great name of UNDIP, it must be done together with competent individuals and through innovative works,” Prof. Yos stated, emphasizing the weight of their responsibilities.

“May these positions be blessings for your families, and we pray that the newly appointed officials earnestly fulfill their duties according to the promises they have made,” Prof. Yos added.
