Semarang – Central Java. Indonesian International Students Mobility Awards (IISMA) Diponegoro University (Undip) 2023 students visited the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Berlin. They introduced Undip to the Education and Cultural Attaché on Monday, November 13, 2023.
The IISMA program is a student exchange scheme initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) aimed at providing opportunities for Indonesian students to develop academic and cultural skills through study abroad experiences. This year, one of the students from the D4 Logistics Management and Administration Study Program, Vocational School, Undip, implemented the IISMA 2023 program.
On one occasion, IISMA Undip 2023 awardee Adinda Bunga Ramadhania Arsanti expressed her appreciation for the support of the Indonesian Embassy in Germany. “We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Ardi Marwan and all the staff for the guidance provided during our study period in Germany in carrying out the IISMA 2023 program,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Education and Cultural Attaché from the Indonesian Embassy in Germany, Prof. Dr. Ardi Marwan, hopes that the IISMA 2023 program will not only increase academic knowledge but also expand understanding regarding Indonesian culture and values in the international environment.
Message from the Head of the Undip International Affairs Office, delivered by Anggun Puspitarini Siswanto, S.T., Ph.D. “We already have a warm, cooperative relationship with the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin. This visit is a real step in building bridges of friendship, creating broader collaborative opportunities, and providing greater benefits for the future of Diponegoro University,” he said. (AH)
