The Faculty of Psychology Undip and the Undip Center for Career and Capacity Development Studies (CAREERS) carried out three internationalization activities, namely Scientific Publication Workshop activities with World Class Professor grants from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, guest lectures with adjunct professor grants and visiting professors from WCU Undip, as well as accepting lecturers from outside Undip to become a postdoc fellow through a postdoctoral fellowship grant from WCU Undip. These programs will be implemented during August –November 2022.
The Dean of Faculty of Psychology Undip, Prof. Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D. said that every year the Faculty of Psychology brings a number of professors from abroad to increase international exposure for students, hone research competencies and scientific publications of lecturers and students.
This activity is held in order to increase the capacity of the number of guest lecturers with doctoral degrees, increase the quantity of Undip collaboration research and increase the KPI 4 and KPI 6 of PTNBH. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are to contribute to the implementation of Undip’s vision as an excellent research university and the vision of the Faculty of Psychology Undip to become a center for the development of Indonesian family-based psychology that is adaptive to changes in Southeast Asia by 2025, as well as to strengthen international collaboration.
Prof. Peter Creed from Griffith University Australia was present at the Faculty of Psychology on September 28 – October 12, 2022 as a world class professor with funds from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Associate Professor Dr Michelle Hood was invited as adjunct professor in the same period to conduct research collaborations.
William Gunawan, S.Psi, M.Min., M.Si., Ph.D. who is the Dean of the Faculty of Christian Psychology of Krida Wacana, Jakarta, became a postdoc fellow from Prof. Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.S.i., Ph.D, to conduct research collaborations during August–October 2022. He also became a guest lecturer for the undergraduate program lectures, namely Psychological Measurement 2 and Scientific Writing Techniques and Career Development Throughout Life in the Master of Psychology Study Program.
Prof. Bora Lee from Korea University, who was invited as a visiting professor, became a guest speaker at the Workshop of Managing Research in Career Development Area and a guest lecturer in the course of Career Development Throughout the Life in the Master of Psychology Study Program. Prof. Peter Creed brought the theme “Research Design, Results, and Discussion”; William Gunawan, S.Psi, M.Min, M.Si., Ph.D. discussed “Finding the Right Scientific Publication Outlet and the Submit and Review Process”; and the Head of Master of Psychology Study Program, Dr. Dinie Ratri Desiningrum, S.Psi, M.Si raised the theme “Introduction: Background and Literature Review”.
