UNDIP Rector Officially Appointed Undip Non-State Civil Apparatus Officials and Permanent Employees

Diponegoro University (Undip) has held an Official Inauguration Ceremony and Oath Taking of Diponegoro University Non-State Civil Apparatus (PTU Non-ASN) on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 in the Hall of the SA-MWA Building, Undip Tembalang campus. This event was led by Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. by inviting the ranks of Undip Officials and the prospective Officials to be appointed.

The Official Inauguration Ceremony and Employee Oath Taking Ceremony began with the reading of a copy of the Undip Rector’s Decree, followed by the Official Inauguration by the Rector, which included Oath Taking of Non-State Civil Apparatus Officials and Permanent Employees.

Undip Rector led the Oath Taking accompanied by clergy according to the beliefs of each official. Furthermore, the Undip Rector and Prof. Dr. rer. nat signed the Minutes of the Employee Oath. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. and Drs. Mulyo Padmono present as witnesses.

The 7 (seven) appointed Undip Officials will occupy several positions, namely Head of the Integrated Laboratory Unit, Head of the D4 Industrial Chemical Engineering Study Program (Vocational School), Head of Innovation and Cooperation Bureau (BIKS), Head of Archives Office, Manager of Employee Affairs Division (General and Finance Bureau), Manager of Administrative Section (Faculty of Social and Political Sciences), and Supervisor of Academic and Student Affairs Subdivision (Faculty of Psychology).

A Non-State Civil Apparatus Permanent Employee of Diponegoro University will be a Laboratory Technician at the Faculty of Medicine.

Starting his remarks, Undip Rector Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. congratulated Diponegoro University Non-State Civil Apparatus Officials and Employees who have been sworn in. “I congratulate the ladies and gentlemen who have been appointed. Have fun working and follow the rules, and don’t do things that are not commendable,” said Prof. Yos.

He added that Undip, as a modern university and included in the ranks of world universities, must apply modern governance principles to maintain the spirit of always doing the best for Undip and Indonesia.

“One part of Undip’s steps in carrying out modern governance, one of which is placing officials according to their competence in each field,” he added.

Furthermore, Prof. Yos advised all employees always to maintain the trust that has been given. “In that position, there is a big trust. Keep the trust oriented to serve and make others happy. We must continue to be creative so that Undip’s condition continues to improve,” he concluded.
