To increase lecturers’ qualifications at tertiary institutions within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the Directorate of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, has again opened registration for the Talent Scouting program for lecturers in 2023. This program is a pre-doctoral workshop that aims to help lecturers improve their readiness to study doctoral programs abroad.
In connection with the above, we invite lecturers from your institution who are interested in participating in the above program to register with the following requirements:
- Permanent lecturers and have NIDN or NIDK at tertiary institutions under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology;
- Have an English proficiency certificate with a minimum score of ITP TOEFL 513/iBT 65/IELTS 5.5/TOEIC 605/PTE 45/Duolingo 85;
- Maximum age of 45 years as of December 31 of the year of registration;
- Have a research proposal for a doctoral program in English (format attached);
- Have a motivation letter;
- Have a permit/recommendation letter from the head of the agency of origin (format attached);
- Fill out a letter stating your willingness to participate in Talent Scouting from start to finish (format attached).
Lecturers interested in participating in the program above are welcome to apply online through http://beasiswadosen.kemdikbud.go.id no later than August 5, 2023. We need to inform you that the Talent Scouting program in 2023 will be implemented both online and offline according to the provisions of the Directorate General Higher Education, Research, and Technology.
