Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has officially established a partnership with Qingdao Technical College, China, and Sailun Group Co., Ltd, China. This collaboration was marked through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by UNDIP Rector, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si.; President of Qingdao Technical College, Xing Guonglu; and General Manager of PT Sailun Manufacture Indonesia, Wang Dianying. The event was held in the Rector’s Meeting Room, Widya Puraya Building, UNDIP, on Friday, November 22, 2024.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials, including UNDIP’s Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Collaboration, and Public Communication, Wijayanto, S.I.P., M.Si., Ph.D.; Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Jamari, S.T., M.T.; and Director of Innovation, Downstreaming, and Collaboration, drh. Dian Wahyu Harjanti, Ph.D., and delegations from Qingdao Technical College and Sailun Group.
The collaboration spans various areas, including education, research, community service, and program development, aiming to facilitate exchanges and collaborations in academics, science, and technology.
Delegates from Qingdao Technical College and Sailun Group expressed their appreciation for UNDIP’s warm welcome. They highlighted their hopes that the partnership would have a positive impact on the advancement of education, research, and technology. This collaboration is expected to create new opportunities for knowledge exchange, research innovation, and the enhancement of human resource capabilities.
Rector Prof. Suharnomo welcomed the initiative, emphasizing its potential to benefit all parties involved. “Thank you for visiting Universitas Diponegoro.
