He participated in scientific writing competitions. Reynold worked as a laboratory assistant for Basic Chemical Engineering Laboratory II during even semesters and assisted a Chemical Engineering lecturer. “I became an intern at PT Nuanza Porcelain Indonesia through the Matching Fund Kedaireka program from August to December 2023,” he continued.

Reynold believes education is vital for fostering a positive mindset in life. “Education is not only about acquiring knowledge in your field of study but also about developing critical thinking skills to face life and its challenges,” he said. Reynold also highlighted the importance of social interaction, which can be honed through organizational activities.

“Through organizations, you learn how to work with people, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and solve problems effectively,” Reynold stated. He encouraged students to seize organizational opportunities not only for self-development and time management but also to learn how to collaborate and engage with others.

“Therefore, I hope that if my friends take the opportunity to be involved in an organization, they will not only want to gain experience in time management or improve their abilities, but I also hope that my friends can develop a way of being dynamic with the people around them,” said Reynold.
