The event was attended by the Rector of UNDIP and his leadership team, the Head of the Semarang Office for Cooperatives and MSMEs, representatives from Public Accounting Firm I Soetikno, partner banks (BNI, BRI, BTN, Bank Jateng, BSI), university leaders, as well as KKPRI UNDIP board members, supervisors, employees, and member representatives.
In his remarks, UNDIP Rector Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the improved performance achievements and surplus results (SHU) of KKPRI in 2025. He also encouraged cooperative experts within UNDIP to support the government’s Koperasi Merah Putih program.
“With strong performance achievements in 2025 and the government currently promoting the Koperasi Merah Putih initiative, UNDIP—with its many cooperative experts—should contribute and support this program. Universities must be a source of enlightenment, upholding academic dignity while benefiting society, in line with UNDIP’s tagline of being noble and valuable,” he stated.
He also highlighted UNDIP’s contributions to society, including assistance for communities affected by tidal flooding (rob) along the northern coast of Java and disaster-affected areas in Sumatra through water treatment facilities. “UNDIP has supported communities impacted by tidal flooding by building water treatment systems in affected areas from Brebes to Rembang regencies, as well as in disaster-affected regions in Sumatra, which PDAM now utilizes in Padang,” he explained.
The Rector further emphasized the importance of sharing cooperative expertise in today’s capitalist era to ensure broader societal benefits. He expressed hope that KKPRI’s performance would continue to improve in the coming years.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of KKPRI UNDIP, Prof. Bulan Prabawani, S.Sos., M.M., Ph.D., expressed gratitude to all members and stakeholders for their support.
“We extend our appreciation to the Rector as the advisor of KKPRI UNDIP, all members, university leaders, related institutions, business partners, and all parties who have contributed to achieving financial performance beyond the planned target in 2025,” she said.
She also encouraged increased member participation, noting that with approximately 2,800 members, active engagement is key to strengthening the cooperative and enhancing member welfare. She added, “For those who have not yet joined as members of KKPRI UNDIP, there is no need to hesitate to join and utilize KKPRI services so that KKPRI UNDIP will be increasingly able to provide the best services and improve the welfare of its members.”
The Chair of the organizing committee, Dwi Cahyo Agus Setyawan, S.KM., M.Si., emphasized that the Annual Members Meeting holds a strategic role as the highest decision-making forum within the cooperative. The Annual Members Meeting also served as the accountability report for the fourth year of the 2022–2027 management period, covering performance evaluation, financial reports, and supervisory accountability.
“I appreciate all parties supporting the event, including UNDIP, KKPRI management, employees, partner banks, and cooperative members, hoping that KKPRI UNDIP will continue to grow stronger, healthier, and more beneficial,” Agus stated.
