UNDIP, Semarang (25/9) – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) achieved notable recognition in the fields of financial management and government administration. In the first semester of the 2026 fiscal year, UNDIP received two First-Place Awards from the Semarang I Type A1 State Treasury Service Office (KPPN Semarang I).
The two awards were presented in the categories of “Large Budget Ceiling for Government Work Units” and “Main Payroll Management for Government Work Units within the jurisdiction of KPPN Semarang I Type A1 for the first semester of the 2026 fiscal year.
Dr. Warsito Kawedar, S.E., M.Si., Akt., Vice Rector II for Planning, Finance, Assets, Business, and General Affairs at UNDIP, expressed his gratitude and pride over the achievement. According to him, the awards reflect the hard work and commitment of all UNDIP staff in maintaining professional standards in financial and administrative management.
“We are grateful and proud of the recognition received by UNDIP. This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of all units that remain committed to maintaining sound financial and administrative governance,” he said.
The awards serve as an important milestone in strengthening governance at Universitas Diponegoro, particularly by ensuring that budget management and payroll administration are carried out in an orderly, timely and accountable manner, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Achieving first place in two categories simultaneously also demonstrates UNDIP’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of resource management and administrative services. This achievement is expected to motivate all work units across UNDIP to maintain and further improve their performance in the coming periods.
UNDIP’s Vice Rector II emphasized that the awards should be seen not merely as achievements but also as motivation to continue improving and contributing to stronger university governance.
