Virtual Morning Ceremony, The Rector Reminded Undip Employees to Keep Performing Excellent Work

All levels of leadership and employees at Diponegoro University took part in the Virtual Morning Ceremony activity through Zoom Meeting platform on this morning, Monday (09/08) at 08.00 AM.

As the leader of ceremony, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum., in his speech said that the Virtual Morning Ceremony activity was aimed as a re-enlightenment process. This activity is a reminder that every State Civil Apparatus and Non-State Civil Apparatus Employee in Undip still has responsibility for their works even though they are working from home (WFH) during this pandemic situation.

“This is a process of re-enlightenment, so that we always work in line with our oaths, based on the values of Pancasila, because in it there is monotheism, with our promises as members of State Civil Apparatus. This activity is necessary to remind us so that we are aware that we still have responsibilities as Undip Employees,” said Prof. Yos.

In addition, in his speech Prof. Yos described Undip New Student Admission process that had been successfully implemented. “The new student admission process has been completed and Alhamdulillah, it has been a tremendous success. It is a success in getting the best sons and daughters to enter Undip. I congratulate and thank all parties, especially to the Vice Rectors, Education Quality Assurance and Development Institute (Lembaga Pengembangan dan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan / LP2MP), Deans of Faculty and School, and all Units who support each other,” explained Prof. Yos.

The high interest of prospective new students who register at Undip, one of which is due to the achievement of Undip which was ranked 3rd in the Main Performance Index of Legal Entity State Universities. “Undip is ranked 3rd Nationally from the Main Performance Index of Legal Entity State Universities out of hundreds of existing Universities,” concluded Prof. Yos.

At the end of his speech, Prof. Yos advised all Undip employees to always be careful in their works. “Please be careful at work and follow the existing regulations. Don’t let it cause problems that will eventually bring trouble for Undip,” explained Prof. Yos.

This Virtual Morning Ceremony activity was held based on Circular Letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and followed up on a letter from the Rector Number: 505/UN7.P/TU/2021 dated July 30th 2021, regarding an appeal to all Undip employees to carry out the Virtual Morning Ceremony activity, listen to Indonesia Raya anthem, and read Pancasila.
