Regarding the Circular Letter of the Secretariat General of Ministry of Education and Culture Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Morning Ceremony for Employees at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and in order to maintain and increase the sense of nationality and love for the nation; to serve the country and the people of Indonesia; and to be obedient to ideology of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia; Diponegoro University urges all employees of all units to attend a morning ceremony on Monday mornings every week, listen to the National Anthem of Indonesia Raya every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM and read the script of Pancasila every Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM.
Diponegoro University regularly participates in the implementation of these activities. In his remarks at the virtual morning ceremony on Monday (16/8), Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum., conveyed the mandate that Undip employees must work professionally, carefully, thoroughly and wisely.
“Love for Undip is to work for Undip sincerely and professionally. Professionalism involves integrity, quality and working seriously and minimizing mistakes as small as possible,” he said.
Furthermore, Undip Rector said that employees who will be selected to upgrade the status are those who have professional qualities complemented by their love for Undip. The selection process will be full of integrity, objectivity and honesty. There will also be an evaluation process for additional duty officials so that Undip is getting better, more advanced, great and prosperous. (Linda – Public Relations)
