Information on Implementation of UNDIP Booster Vaccination

The implementation of Booster vaccination (Dose 3 Vaccine) using ASTRAZENECA and PFIZER vaccines will be carried out at the General Poly of Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND), on March 14 – March 18, 2022.

Condition:

1. Age above 18 years
2. Get vaccines 1 and 2 doses of Sinovac, AstraZeneca or Pfizer
3. Three months after receiving vaccine dose 2
4. Bring ID card, proof of the 2nd vaccine and vaccine registration card via SSO or Victori website
