The existence of a Study Program Outside the Main Campus (PSDKU) of Diponegoro University (Undip) is an interesting thing to know. One of the ways to develop campuses outside the main campus is to be able to improve Human Resources (HR) who have competitiveness in facing the globalization era. Some of the study programs at PSDKU Undip include D3 Accounting, D3 Urban and Regional Spatial Planning, D3 Tax Administration, D3 Public Relations, D3 Management, and S1 Public Administration.
PSDKU Undip has a vision to become a leading institution in supporting increased access, equity, quality, and relevance of higher education in Central Java. Its missions include managing the implementation of education in the exact and non-exact sciences to improve access to quality education nationally in producing professional graduates; implementing quality research, publications, intellectual property rights in the development of science and technology in order to increase regional potential to support national development; carrying out community service in an effort to support equitable national development, especially in Central Java based on the potential of local communities; and making continuous improvements in order to improve the quality of education governance that is transparent, accountable, and efficient.
Meanwhile, the strategic objective of PSDKU is to increase access to quality education for local communities on the competence of graduates as experts and skilled workers who have a basic knowledge, skill, and professionalism in supporting National Development; improve the quality and quantity of research and publications to solve problems that exist in the community, especially those related to regional potential in supporting the application of science and technology; implement science and technology as a form of community service to improve the standard of living of the local community for the advancement of national development by involving the community, local government/companies, industry, and other agencies; and develop professionalism, capability, accountability related to the credible system of governance of the PSDKU of Diponegoro.
