Psychological Services (JAPSI) Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University, has carried out Assessment Center activities in the context of selecting to fill Primary High Leadership Positions (JPT) through transfers between Primary High Leadership Officials (PPT) within the Semarang City Government. The event took place on January 3-4, 2024, at the Prof. Darmanto Jatman, S.U. Hall, Faculty of Psychology UNDIP Building.
This activity was attended by several Primary High Leadership Officials (Echelon II) within the Semarang City Government. The activity began with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Prof. Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D. It continued with the opening by Ir. Iswar Aminuddin, M.T., as the Regional Secretary of the Semarang City Government and attended by the leaders of the Faculty of Psychology UNDIP.
