Congratulations! UNDIP Accepts 3,055 New Students for the 2024 SNBP Exam Path

Diponegoro University – Semarang. The Committee for the National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) announced the results of the National Selection Based on Achievements (SNBP) for the year 2024 on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 15.00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time). The announcement results can be accessed on the website: https://pengumuman-snbp-snpmb.bppp.kemdikbud.go.id by entering the registration number for the 2024 SNBP and the participant’s date of birth according to the personal data integrated into the SNPMB system.

The total number of participants for SNBP in 2024 is 702,312 students from senior high schools. Based on interest, out of 20 Academic State Universities, Diponegoro University ranks second with the highest number of applicants, which is 34,658 participants.

In her statement to the UNDIP Public Relations team, the Secretary of LP2MP (Institute for Development and Quality Assurance of Education), Prof. Dr. Paramita Prananingtyas, S.H., LLM., stated that UNDIP remains a favorite due to its achievements, excellent accreditation, and quality graduates. “It is proven that UNDIP alumni are graduates who quickly obtain employment in 2021 and 2022 based on the QS Ranking for Employability 2021-2022; 2nd national ranking and 30th world ranking for Sustainable University according to UI Greenmetric 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023; 2nd National ranking for the Best National Higher Education Institution (PTNBH) in 2021; Top 5 Best PTNBH in 2022; Top 8 National Rank for World University Rank 2023 according to QS WUR,” said Prof. Mita, as she is affectionately known. She conveyed that UNDIP has more than 20 internationally accredited study programs according to ABEST, FIBAA, and ASIIN. In addition, 24 programs rank among the top 1 to 3 best programs nationally. Following the latest achievements, the Animal Sciences program of the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (FPP) at UNDIP has successfully ranked 4th in Asia and 84th in the world according to the international ranking by Edurank.

Furthermore, Prof. Mita explained that out of the 34,658 total SNBP 2024 applicants, only 3,055 were declared successful, while 713 students were recipients of the UNDIP Study Assistance Program (KIP Kuliah). Currently, UNDIP offers 55 undergraduate programs, 11 applied undergraduate programs, 62 postgraduate and professional programs, and 21 specialist/subspecialist programs.

“For those who passed the 2024 SNBP, we congratulate you and welcome you to join UNDIP, one of the best universities in Indonesia. For those who didn’t pass, there is still an opportunity to register for UTBK at UNDIP through the 2024 SNBT exam path, with registration open from March 21 to April 5, 2024,” said Prof. Mita.
