UNDIP – Rofik Wahyu Hidayat’s victory in winning 3rd place in the 2024 Pilmapres (Outstanding Student Competition) of the National Level for the Diploma Program brought recognition to UNDIP while also representing the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology (TRKI) Study Program of the Vocational School with his impressive achievements. The announcement of his victory was made during the final stage of the 2024 Pilmapres, held at the Universitas Negeri Gorontalo on Sunday, July 28, following a competition that saw 31 students from 28 universities competing from July 24 to 28, 2024.
His victory not only serves as proof of his extraordinary abilities but also demonstrates his dedication and strong determination to pursue excellence.
Rofik successfully passed a series of rigorous selection stages before ultimately proving that excellence is not merely the result of luck but also the product of hard work, determination, and strong commitment.
Rofik competed against 14 other top Diploma students from the best institutions across Indonesia, with the full support of Diponegoro University and the entire academic community. This support is a powerful motivator for Rofik to achieve even more significant accomplishments.
“I am proud and happy to bring the name of Diponegoro University, especially the Vocational School, as the 3rd place winner in the Diploma category at the 2024 National Pilmapres. It was not easy to reach this position, but with hard work and strong belief, especially self-belief, I was able to achieve this success,” said Rofik.

According to the Puspresnas website, Pilmapres (Outstanding Student Competition) at the National Level is a prestigious competition for students organized by the Indonesian Talent Development Center, National Achievement Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and is held annually.
The Pilmapres participants are exemplary students who can serve as role models for other students, making their contributions beneficial to others. This competition allows participants to dedicate themselves and serves as a platform that encourages achievement and role modeling.
Pilmapres 2024 aims to recognize the best students who are ready to become agents of change in building a better Indonesia.
