The delegation team from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has once again brought home a proud achievement. The UNDIP team won 2nd Place and earned a Silver Medal at the 2024 International Business Plan Competition held on Saturday (March 30) at Merdeka Hall, Merdeka Tower Business Center (MTBC), Warmadewa College. The competition was organized by the Management Study Program of Universitas Warmadewa Bali in collaboration with the Management Student Association.
The UNDIP delegation team consisted of I Kadek Hari Kesuma (2021 Food Technology student, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences), Trimita Ari Pratiwi (2022 Food Technology student, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences), and Muhammad Is’ad Rozan (2022 Environmental Engineering student, Faculty of Engineering).
Themed “Improve Your Abilities, Change Your Mindset, Show Your Creativity in Business to Become a Successful Young Entrepreneur,” the event featured 33 participants, who were shortlisted to the top 8, including Universitas Diponegoro, Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Jember, Politeknik Negeri Malang, Universitas Terbuka Indonesia, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Negeri Malang, dan University of Toronto.
The Dean of the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences UNDIP, Prof. Sugiharto, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed pride in the students’ achievements. “Congratulations on this accomplishment. We are certainly proud of the achievements of our students. Hopefully, this success can be further improved and inspire other students to excel as well,” he said.
The competition jury included I Gusti Ayu Agung Istri Sari Dewi, S.E., MBA (Head of the Business Incubator, Universitas Warmadewa), I Komang Triska Ananda Dilivianugraha Priantara, BA.JR., M.PPM (Director of Agripana Group), and Dr. Mohd Raziff Jamaludin (Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia).
This competition provided an opportunity for students to learn analytical skills, innovative thinking, and management abilities in developing a successful business.
