UNDIP Wins Gold and Bronze Awards at the 2025 Diktisaintek Awards

UNDIP, Jakarta (December 19, 2025) – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) once again achieved national recognition by securing two prestigious awards at the 2025 Diktisaintek Awards organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek). The awards were presented on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Graha Diktisaintek, Building D, 2nd Floor, Senayan, Jakarta.

In this prestigious event, UNDIP won the Gold Winner in the Subcategory of Higher Education Institutions with the Best International Cooperation, as well as the Bronze Winner in the Subcategory of Website, both under the Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH) category. These achievements position UNDIP as one of the national universities recognized for excellence in strengthening international networks while consistently delivering credible and impactful institutional public communication.

The Gold Winner award recognizes UNDIP’s commitment and performance in building strategic, sustainable, and socially relevant international partnerships. UNDIP’s various global collaborations not only focus on academic strengthening but also on implementing real solutions, applied research, and innovations that generate broad benefits.

Meanwhile, the Bronze Winner for the website subcategory highlights UNDIP’s ongoing efforts to provide an informative, credible, and accessible digital communication channel for the public. UNDIP’s official website is regarded as an institutional platform that effectively delivers academic information, innovations, and the university’s social contributions in a transparent manner aligned with stakeholder needs.

After receiving the awards, UNDIP’s Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Cooperation, and Public Communication, Wijayanto, S.IP., M.Si., Ph.D., expressed his gratitude and appreciation for this achievement. He emphasized that the Gold Winner award demonstrates Kemdiktisaintek’s recognition of UNDIP’s strength in international cooperation, including strategic collaborations such as the desalination machine project involving partners from Australia, as well as synergies with various institutions at local, regional, and national levels.

At the same time, the Bronze Winner for the website category reflects the nationally recognized quality of UNDIP’s public communication, securing the third-best ranking. “This achievement reaffirms UNDIP’s commitment to being a dignified and beneficial university. Moving forward, we are determined to continue improving institutional performance to achieve even higher accomplishments and recognitions,” he stated.

The 2025 Diktisaintek Awards serve as a gesture of appreciation from Kemdiktisaintek to universities, Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDikti), media, journalists, and strategic partners from ministries, institutions, and the business and industrial sectors who have made significant contributions to supporting Diktisaintek’s impactful agenda throughout the past year.
