He revealed that from 2022 to 2025, there has been a significant increase in workplace accident cases in Indonesia, both within and outside company environments. “We support UNDIP’s commitment to an OHS culture and OHS-based innovation. The implementation of OHS is a value in itself, not merely an obligation. We hope this will benefit UNDIP and all of Indonesia. Congratulations and thank you, and may cooperation between the two institutions continue to grow,” he stated.

There is also a new program called UNDIP Zero Accident for a healthy, safe, secure, and productive environment. These programs are part of our effort after being recognized as the Best Institution for Office OHS Implementation in Indonesia 2025, announced on National Health Day by the Ministry of Health,” he explained.
Additionally, UPT K3L UNDIP, in collaboration with the KKNT UNDIP team, launched the SIGAP application (Emergency Information and Reporting System) and HERO (Helpline and Emergency Responses Operation UNDIP) to strengthen UNDIP’s security system and prepare emergency response task forces.
Dr. Bina further explained, “To improve traffic order within the UNDIP area, we have revitalized traffic signs and provided safety riding education. Currently, we are organizing a traffic discipline educational video competition initiated by the Vice Rector II of UNDIP in coordination with the UNDIPTV team.”
Through the implementation of the 2026 National OHS Month activities, UNDIP actively contributes to maintaining a safer, healthier, and more sustainable campus and environment, in line with the tagline ‘Noble and Valuable UNDIP.’ (Public Communication/UNDIP/Titis)
