UNDIP, Semarang (5/3) – The Rector of Universitas Diponegoro, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., officially inaugurated several structural officials and confirmed Non–State Civil Apparatus Permanent Staff of UNDIP (PTU Non-ASN) on Thursday, March 5, 2026. The inauguration ceremony was held at the Hall of the SA-MWA Building, UNDIP Tembalang Campus, and was attended by the university leadership, including the Chair of the Board of Trustees (represented by the Secretary of the MWA), the Chair of the Academic Senate, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties and Schools, invited guests, and other officials within the UNDIP environment.
The inauguration was based on the Rector’s Decrees No. 30–34/UN7.A/KP/II/2026 and No. 6/UN7.A/KP/III/2026 concerning the dismissal and appointment of Study Program Secretaries, Managers, and Supervisors within Universitas Diponegoro. It was also based on Rector’s Decrees No. 66/UN7.A3/KP/XII/2026 to No. 69/UN7.A3/KP/XII/2026 regarding the appointment of Non–State Civil Apparatus Permanent Staff of UNDIP. The Rector inaugurated five new structural officials, including:
- Albertus Fajar Irawan, S.P., M.Agr., Ph.D., as Secretary of the Undergraduate Agroecotechnology Study Program at the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences.
- Sri Rahayu Setyorini, S.E., M.Si., as Manager of the Administrative Affairs Division at the Vocational School.
- Suryani, S.E., as Manager of the Administrative Affairs Division at the Institute for Research and Community Service.
- Teguh Ary Wijaya, S.E., as Supervisor of the Human Resources Subdivision at the Faculty of Economics and Business.
- Drs. Mulyo Hadi Purnomo, M.Hum., as Supervisor of Arts and Cultural Performance Services at the Arts, Culture, and Sports Service Unit under the Directorate of Student Affairs and Alumni.
In addition, the Rector also appointed four Permanent Staff of UNDIP, namely:
- Dr. Aga Natalis, S.H., M.H., as Lecturer (Prospective Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Law.
- dr. Ridzky Firmansyah Hardian, Ph.D., as Lecturer (Prospective Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Medicine.
- dr. Agung Kurniawan Priyono, Ph.D., as Lecturer (Prospective Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Medicine.
- Kiki Tristi Mutiarasari, S.T., as General Administrative Officer at the Directorate of Assets and Planning.
The oath of office was administered by the Rector of UNDIP, with religious officials present in accordance with the respective beliefs of the appointed officials. This session was followed by the signing of the oath document by the Rector, witnessed by the Vice Rector for Human Resources, Information Technology, Law, and Organization, Prof. Dr. Adian Fatchur Rochim, S.T., M.T., and the Chair of the Academic Senate, Prof. Ir. Tri Winarni Agustini, M.Sc., Ph.D.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo emphasized that the mandate takes effect immediately upon inauguration and must be carried out with full professionalism and integrity. He reminded that every element—both structural officials and supporting staff—plays an important role in maintaining the stability and quality of higher education services at UNDIP.
Furthermore, he stressed the importance of transformation and the need for all members of the institution to step out of their comfort zones in order to accelerate the university’s global vision. The Rector highlighted that dedication and loyalty are fundamental in addressing real challenges within society.
“We must dare to think big, act big, and create big impacts. Do not be trapped in purely administrative routines; ensure that every strategic step we take contributes real value to the institution. Love the work we do so that it can produce the best professional results. As role models, we must reflect on the legacy we leave behind—a legacy of goodness and standards of excellence for the future,” he stated.
This inauguration and appointment reflect Universitas Diponegoro’s commitment to accelerating the achievement of its institutional vision through strong human resource management. With these decisions taking effect from the date of inauguration, all newly appointed officials and staff are expected to immediately collaborate in a spirit of integrity to ensure the sustainability of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
