UNDIP Opens Independent Admission Applications for New Study Programs at PSDKU and BPK2U Campuses

UNDIP, Semarang (8/6) – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has officially opened admissions for new students through the Independent Admission Examination (Ujian Mandiri/UM) Pathway for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, including several newly established study programs offered at its Off-Main-Campus Study Program Units (PSDKU) and Off-Main-Campus Management Units (BPK2U). Information on available study programs can be found on the official admissions website at pmb.undip.ac.id.

The establishment of these new study programs reflects UNDIP’s commitment to expanding access to quality higher education while supporting the equitable development of human resources across various regions. Through the development of PSDKU and BPK2U campuses in Batang, Pekalongan, and Rembang regencies, UNDIP continues to provide educational services that are more closely aligned with community needs and the unique potential of each region.

The new study programs accepting students for the upcoming academic year are:

  1. Industrial Engineering – Batang Campus
  2. Informatics – Rembang Campus
  3. Urban and Regional Planning Engineering – Pekalongan Campus

These programs are designed to produce graduates capable of meeting the growing demands of the manufacturing, logistics, and digital transformation sectors, particularly within the rapidly developing industrial regions of Central Java.

Through the Independent Admission pathway, prospective students have broader opportunities to pursue higher education at UNDIP, whether at the main Tembalang Campus or at the PSDKU and BPK2U campuses. All campuses are supported by modern learning facilities, qualified faculty members, and a conducive academic environment that fosters student learning and competency development.

On various occasions, the Rector of UNDIP has emphasized that the development of campuses outside the main campus is part of the university’s effort to provide inclusive, high-quality, and impactful higher education. The introduction of these new study programs is expected to broaden access to higher education for young people, allowing them to pursue their studies closer to their hometowns while contributing to both regional and national development.

Complete information on admission requirements, schedules, and application procedures for the Independent Admission pathway is available on the official UNDIP admissions website.
