UNDIP, Semarang (November 24, 2025) – The Rector of Universitas Diponegoro, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., officially inaugurated Structural Officials and appointed Permanent Non-Civil Servant (Non-ASN) Employees on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 09.00 AM in the SA–MWA Building Hall at UNDIP Tembalang Campus. The event was attended by the Chair of the Academic Senate, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, university officials, and guests.
The inauguration was based on the Rector’s Decree of Universitas Diponegoro Numbers 15/UN7.A/KP/X/2025 to 76/UN7.A/KP/XI/2025 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Vice Dean for Resources of the Faculty of Law, Directors, Deputy Directors, Department Heads, Study Program Heads, Study Program Secretaries, Heads of Integrated Laboratory Units, Office Heads, Managers, Supervisors, and Center Heads within UNDIP. It was also based on Rector’s Decree Numbers 40/UN7.A/KP/II/2025 to 42/UN7.A/KP/II/2025 regarding the Appointment of Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees.
The UNDIP Rector inaugurated 23 new structural officials. Some of the officials who assumed new positions include Kadek Cahya Susila Wibawa, S.H., M.H., as Vice Dean for Resources of the Faculty of Law; drh. Dian Wahyu Harjanti, Ph.D., as Director of Innovation and Cooperation; and Dr. I Made Bayu Dirgantara, S.E., M.M. as Deputy Director of Innovation and Industry. Also appointed were Feri Satria Wicaksana Effendy, S.H., M.H., as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Organization; Anggun Puspitarini Siswanto, S.T., Ph.D., as Head of the Office of Downstreaming and Business Incubation; and Lala Irviana, S.Sos., S.E., M.M., as Head of the Student Career Development Office. In addition, the Rector appointed three Permanent Non-ASN Employees: Fatta Dian Yuniarti, A.Md.Ak., as Financial Administration Officer, Didik Desmanto as Security Officer, and Budi Ristanto as Service Attendant.
The oath-taking ceremony was led by the UNDIP Rector and was accompanied by religious leaders, according to each official’s beliefs. This session was followed by the signing of the Oath Minutes by the Rector, witnessed by the Vice Rector for Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal Affairs, and Organization, Prof. Dr. Adian Fatchur Rochim, S.T., M.T., and the Chair of the Academic Senate, Prof. Ir. Tri Winarni Agustini, M.Sc., Ph.D.
In his remarks, the Rector emphasized that the oath sworn by the officials represents a mandate that must be upheld throughout their service. He delivered a firm message on the importance of focusing on innovation, high-quality publications, and creating a legacy in every position.
Prof. Suharnomo stressed that officials and new employees must view their mandate as a catalyst for their best contributions. “To all of you, congratulations. May this blessing be translated into even better work,” he said.
In delivering directives on assignments and appointments, the Rector highlighted the crucial responsibility of leaving a lasting institutional legacy.
“I always say, please think about legacy. Consider what good practices or best practices you can contribute to the institution so that future generations can remember them as foundations of goodness you have established,” UNDIP Rector continued.
Prof. Suharnomo also outlined strategic operational guidance, emphasizing the significance of effective communication and measurable performance outcomes.
“Officials are urged to prioritize comprehensive listening consistently and to receive input as broadly as possible,” he said.
“Moreover, implementation must be carried out with the most accurate execution and based on the best feedback received. This spirit must be accompanied by efficient verbal communication aligned with performance targets,” he concluded.
The inauguration of structural officials and Permanent Non-ASN Employees reflects UNDIP’s commitment to strengthening governance and human resource capacity to accelerate the institution’s vision. By upholding the mandate of office and focusing on innovation and legacy creation, the UNDIP academic community is expected to contribute optimally to sustaining the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
